How we use your information

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), hosted in the United States. Firebase is a Google Cloud service governed by Google's privacy and security standards. We use Firebase's built-in security rules to ensure that only members of your crew can access your crew's data.

Data sharing

Your data is shared only with the other members of your Roll Call crew — the people you've explicitly chosen to coordinate with. We do not share it with any other third parties except as required by law.

Children

Roll Call is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights and data deletion

You can leave a crew at any time from within the app. To request full deletion of your account and associated data, email us at the address below and we will process it within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
